1. Disclaimer

Kadva Patel Samaj Authorized Partner acts as an independent management and booking partner for the Bhavan. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of the information on this website. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund: If cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
  • Partial Refund (50%): If cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before check-in.
  • No Refund: If cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in or in case of a no-show.

3. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Any bank processing fees or transaction charges incurred during the booking are non-refundable.

4. Terms & Conditions

  • Guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in.
  • Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person without assigning any reason.
  • Any damage to property or amenities during the stay will be charged to the guest.
  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited within the premises.
